How does the free trial work?

A 7-day free trial is available for the Olé plan. Sign up to Olé and add a payment method to start. You will not be charged until the trial is over. We will also send you a reminder before your trial period ends. After the trial ends, you'll be automatically subscribed to the Olé plan and the monthly billing cycle will start from the trial end date. Try the Olé plan now.

How will I get charged if cancel my plan after the trial?

You will be charged for the current billing period and your Olé plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Yes, you can unsubscribe at any time. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the prepaid period (when the year or month expires). Bravo does not issue refunds for contracts canceled before the contracted period ends.
Please keep in mind that both plans (yearly and monthly) are automatically recurring. Therefore, if you wish to unsubscribe you should cancel your plan before your prepaid period ends.

What payment methods do you support?

We support all major credit cards globally through Stripe, our payment gateway service. At no point does Bravo Studio itself have access to your card details.
